The Watermark Taphouse and Grille has brought a new culinary experience to Waterdown. This uniquely Canadian take on California Fusion from Chef Dan Alexopoulos will be sure to excite local foodies.

Watermark is a great local restaurant. The patio is very nice and secluded despite being in a parking lot. Our waitress was enthusiastic and helpful. I had the beef dip which was pretty satisfying. The prices were a bit higher. It’s a nice restaurant to go out with family.
First time here was amazing! We got the cadbury salad as well as the smokehouse mac and cheese, both were flavourful and filling! Also really enjoyed the sweet heat scallops, can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!
Really great dining experience at the Watermark - no issue with being seated around 8pm on a Thursday. They have a pretty thorough menu, plenty of different options. Service is very quick, and they're very helpful. The food was really good too, especially the calamari - hard to find ones that are well cooked, not rubbery.
This is a great restaurant. Good wholesome food. Well priced. Lovely staff. Great seating layout which gives you the feeling of privacy but you're in a big restaurant. Very good beer and wine choice and very clean wash rooms.
Just came back from here for Mothers Day 2024, and this place exceeded my expectations. We all loved our food, and the service and staff were all great. Would definitely come back here in a heartbeat
