The Watermark Taphouse and Grille has brought a new culinary experience to Waterdown. This uniquely Canadian take on California Fusion from Chef Dan Alexopoulos will be sure to excite local foodies.

Our first time at Watermark and it did not disappoint! The service was outstanding the minute we walked through the door Thank you Lindsay and the hostess too!. We’re excited to go back and continue working through the menu to try everything at least once. The food is fresh and they do not skimp on quality.
Impressive place.nFood is fantastic same for service and atmosphere. There is room for improvement in couple of areas it was difficult to figure out which beer is available even after 2 conversations with hostesses. There is no beer menu, selection is written down on the board as you enter and does not include prices. Secondly vegetarian or vegan options are very limited. How about an impossible burger or something? Other than that it was great we enjoyed the time on the patio
I ordered the smoked short rib expecting proper barbecue, but it did not present as smoked at all. There was no smoke aroma, no bark, and no smoked texture. While it was tender, it felt more like convection-oven or braised beef than true smoked short rib. Very disappointing.
Great menu, exceptional salad on my first visit! Excellent burger for my colleague. And great service front Lindsay, too - professional, attentive but not over the top. Will come back to sample more of their menu. First impression: an excellent location for a business lunch as not too loud with privacy for chatting in each booth area. Two thumbs up.
First time here was amazing! We got the cadbury salad as well as the smokehouse mac and cheese, both were flavourful and filling! Also really enjoyed the sweet heat scallops, can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!
