Newly renovated, with great seating area and kids play area, drive through. New updated bathrooms and kitchen area. Some of the kids play area tables are pretty cool with interactive table top screens.

I came to this location several months ago before the renovation. It doesn't look the greatest after it got renovated. There isn't enough seating and during school hours, it's impossible to get a table since the high school students take up all the tables without buying anything to eat.

Went for the first time since the renovations since my kids were excited for the play place. They now have half the tables they used to, and all of them were filthy. We picked the least dirty booth, and attempted to notify an employee. Unfortunately another major part of the reno was to install a wall in front of the kitchen area, and all employees were behind it and out of sight and never bothered checking on the dining area so we couldn't alert anyone to the disgustingly dirty restaurant conditions. After waiting for an employee to place an order for over 5 minutes see point above- the employees remained out of sight I struggled and finally placed the order electronically. At this point an employee emerged, and I was able to get them to clean the tables. That is when my order number disappeared completely from the board. After about 10 minutes waiting and seeing people who ordered well after me receiving their food I went back to the counter and when another employee finally emerged, I asked them where my order was. They realized there was a mistake and apologized, then assembled the majority of the order. Unfortunately the burgers had been made and were sitting there, and we're cold at this point. In addition, there was 1 drink short. I told the employee, and they argued that I only ordered 3 drinks. I went back to my table and got the receipt which clearly showed I ordered 4 drinks. The worked then got the missing drink, and not only did they NOT apologize, but they were grumble and surly. Finally I brought the food and drinks to the table, and we began to unpack and set up to eat. The final straw that prompted my to write this review was that when I opened my son's Happy Meal nugget box, there were only 2 cold nuggets instead of the 4 there should have been. So at that point, I went back up to the empty counter, waited YET AGAIN, and finally received a replacement box of nuggets with, once again, a grumble and no apology. To summarize my displeasure- filthy dining area, terrible service, incorrect order, cold food, and terrible renovation flaw where you cannot simply walk up to an employee and speak to them to place an order or in the event of an issue. Won't be going back.

Another post Reno- review for kids. It’s terrible. They gutted like half the space and serve the same mid food. There’s a big drawing space/eating area for kids, with 3 booths that offer limited seating in the kids area. Luckily, they got rid of the seating with view of the playground, so if you want to keep an eye on your kids you get to stand outside the window like a weirdo staring, with parents wondering if they need to call the police. The playground acoustics changed, so you get to hear every single noise in the playground, every single one. A kid seemed to hurt themselves pretty badly in the playground, yet somehow managed to avoid all the rope burns the other kids got. During a rush the main area must feel like a mosh pit.nnAbsolutely horrific renovation. Whoever redesigned this store must have received their training from Minecraft. Who are we kidding, they probably got promoted, and will bring their next idea to market, a Big Mac with fries inside for only 3.99 more. Just bring back the Big Extra please.

Terribly slow and after waiting forever the little children inside couldn't even get the order correct. very simple order just incompetent employees. The night shift spook seems to have a bit of an attitude Wont be returning McDonald's food leaves much to be desired to begin with and the employees at this location are incompetent.
