Visited Symposium Waterdown for brunch this weekend and it was delicious! We ordered a couple coffees to start - a cafe latte and cafe mocha - which were both served hot with perfect balance of espresso. We then ordered 3 egg breakfasts which were made exactly to our request and tasted incredibly fresh. The sides of ham and turkey sausage were generous in portion size and complimented the rest of the meal great. We also ordered sides of pancakes and French toast which was a great choice. The pancakes were fluffy and soft, and the French toast had a perfect amount of batter on them, also giving a fluffy texture and sweet flavour. The food was easily a 10/10 all around.nnThe location also has beautiful artwork and decor throughout which makes it a perfect atmosphere for a meal out with my wife. A very inviting, warm space overall. We also had a very attentive manager working today and he made sure we were doing well throughout the meal, so we felt very taken care of the entire time. Overall amazing value here, and we will for sure be back to visit another one of their great daily promotions!
We went to the Waterdown Symposium for their Wednesday Wing night. Our server Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, very personable, very informative about the menu, and super friendly. She made the whole dining experience even better. Thank you Jessica for your great service, and taking care of us so well!
I enjoyed the wings and ribs combo and I tried the garlic Parmesan sauce. The fries are REAL potatoes. You can taste the difference. EVERYTHING was sssssoooo delicious yummy yummy for the tummy. It's more than worth the drive from downtown Hamilton or the bus. See you soon.
We were sitting in an area where the a/c was blowing very cold air but we were offered to sit at another table if we wanted. There is parking available in the front of the restaurant. The food was good, prices somewhat reasonable for the portion sizes. The menu has a large selection to pick from. Was not a big fan of the spinach dip but everything else was good. The waitress was very nice and helpful.
Nancy May answered the phone when I called to inquire. Then she served me. She was so caring and professional. She recommended an excellent choice of white wine which I liked so much I am going to try to find it at the LCBO. She made me feel so welcome at the restaurant. Her customer care was greatly appreciated.
