Waterloo Mattress was an absolute delight to deal with and is the only store we'll buy our mattresses from! I've slept on a Waterloo Mattress for most of my life (literally the same one until I moved out!) and can attest to the quality and longevity of their products (meanwhile, my friends buying store brands are going through mattresses every few years it seems!). The prices are honest and not marked up to rip us off; our king set was around $1500 or so, easily 1/4 as much as the "big name" brands you hear advertising on the radio and TV. Their comfort and quality is truly unmatched. The staff at the store were also a delight to deal with and helped ensure we were making the right choice. Although we didn't have this done, mattress customization is another perk of buying locally right from the manufacturer. Another family member had customization on their mattress to meet their height needs and also found it to be extremely affordable (not much more than list price if I recall correctly). Can't recommend this place enough! Most people fall victim to the radio advertising from the big mattress players and don't realize an even better and more affordable option is right in our own backyard! I'm not affiliated with them, just a super happy customer with lots of good to say!

Atmosphere is much better than what you get at Sleep Country. Mattress is great and was well priced.
