Excellent selection and best prices compared to other local hardware stores. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only problem is sometimes it's hard to get assistance during peak busy times.

Clean, and you can usually find someone to help you. They have full service check out with is very nice.nnThe washroom are clean and do not smell funky.nnThere are always lots of good clearance items at this store.nnI give it four star because I went to buy a Milwaukee product and they did not have all the parts for it. It is not first time, I go to home Depot to look for a Milwaukee product and they do not have it. Overall, they have a good selection.

I’ve been a loyal Home Depot customer, spending thousands of dollars here, but my recent experience with the tool rental center was incredibly disappointing. When I returned a carpet cleaner that stopped working mid-use and nearly caught fire, the associate had the audacity to say, *“If you had brought it back right away, we would have swapped it out. You waited too long.”* I’m not working for him—I literally returned it the next day after work.nnOn top of that, I felt robbed of $50. The employee seemed unprofessional and possibly under the influence. I forgot to bring back the bag that comes with the attachment but was more than willing to pay for it. However, the employee insisted I return the bag despite his coworker mentioning there was an option to charge for it. After unnecessary back-and-forth, he finally agreed to charge me for the bag, but the entire ordeal was frustrating and unprofessional. Ultimately, I paid for the rental and the bag but wasn’t able to complete my work. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I always find the employees willing to go above and beyond helping.nnKyle at the rental desk was super professional and helpful both when I called in to book / reserve my rental the day before and, the morning of my pick up rental he greeted me in a kind manner remembering the booking and information from the conversation the night before fine attention to detail!!nnWell done to this locations employees
