The Home Depot

I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service we received during our visit. The assistance we were given in this store was truly unlike any other. We went to the painting section, and the level of support from the employees there was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely impressive.nnIn particular, I want to recognize Eric, Thivera, for their remarkable service. They helped us choose everything with great care and attention, as if they were selecting products for their own home. They guided us step by step, ensured our needs were fully met, and explained every detail without leaving anything unclear.nnIf there is one reason that would truly encourage me to come back—beyond the great variety of products in the store—it would definitely be the employees who made our visit feel genuinely special. Their hospitality, warm greetings, and the way they treated us made a real difference. I could honestly go on and on about how welcoming and professional everyone was.nnHowever, I especially want to recognize Victoria. The kindness she showed and the way she treated my little girl on her birthday was truly unforgettable. It was not just good customer service—it was a heartfelt gesture that meant a lot to our family. It is absolutely a story I will be sharing with my family and friends, and it will definitely encourage them to visit this specific branch.nAlso i want to recognize and thank “Russell” for his exceptional effort to help us in garden centre, from choosing items till loading it in my car, thank you Russell , your help is sooo appreciated

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !!nnAbhishek from this branch truly saved the day for me. I drove all the way from a small town an hour away to buy a Tamper, but I encountered some issues and arrived at the store only 6 minutes late. Despite the store closing, he made an exception and grabbed everything I needed. I want to express my sincere gratitude to him and his entire team for their EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !!

Staff are goated. Shout out to Darryl for helping me find the right tools for my bag. He had a great attitude and was super willing to help. 10/10 positive interaction.

Came in. Told 2 people working who were just chatting that I needed help. I had no idea what I was doing. They sent me down an aisle that didn't have what I was looking for. I asked customer service for someone to help me. They went to another customer. Thank goodness there was ONE competent employee.nnIf your staff has time to lean they can help customers. Yuckie.
