Snugglers Furniture is known for unique, Canadian made, quality furniture and have staff that are eager to help clients choose furniture, accessories and lighting for home and office applications. With a showroom of 10 000 square feet and an additional warehouse, we cater to many different tastes, styles and bugets. Snugglers has such a large selection of furniture that are high quality and reasonably priced! The cost of furniture can add up quickly when you have multiple rooms to furnish, so my clients really appreciate Snugglers price points.Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I can always easily reach them for an update on an order. You can tell that a high level of customer service is important to them and you definitely do not get the pushy sales vibe when you go in. I would highly recommend them!

I saw a set of bunk beds online which I liked so I added them to my cart and checked out. I then received a confirmation email with my order number, the description of the item I ordered and the price I ordered It at. The next day I received an email telling me that they couldn't sell it to me at the price it had been listed online because of a mistake that they had made with online pricing. When I I inquired about the mistake I was informed by the general manager that the store reserves the rights to change pricing or any offers at anytime without notice. Needless to say the experience was completely unsatisfactory. I would not reccomend the store.

Great customer service! I ordered a couch and chair and it came with 4 beautiful, great quality pillows that I was able to pick the fabric for. The couches came in on time. The fabric I ordered was back-ordered, but the staff helped me pick an even nicer one to arrive for our move. I would highly recommend shopping at Snugglers... our decorest couch and chair are the best quality also. I also bought nesting tables there as well... great price and great quality.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERIOR PRODUCT QUALITY!!! We could not be happier after going into Snugglers looking for a sectional couch and bar stools. With their non-commission structure there was no pressure placed on us (HUGE since we had just been in to all the surrounding furniture stores and were extremely frustrated from sales reps following us like SHARKS). Snugglers staff had our best interest in mind, which was very evident from the way they consulted us. It was refreshing as soon as we walked into the store. From the friendly / helpful staff to the great Canadian brands being sold, we were able to find EXACTLY what we have been looking for after months of searching. The best part is we were able to customize our couch and check-out some of the bar stool materials to compare at our new house. On top of all this they had the widest variety of bar stools we have EVER seen between their showroom and warehouse locations. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK INTO SNUGGLERS!
