Some of the negative ratings on here apply to the other branches and are mistakenly applied to Waterloo. Inform yourselves. The Waterloo branch is outstanding and has A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Dan is a first-rate professional and you should ask to see him when looking at a mattress. No fluff, just facts.

STAY AWAY!!!! HORRIBLE customer service - I have never seen worse. Treated my 65-year old mother like complete garbage - verbally abused her - kicked her out of the store - all because we tried to exchange a mattress after 1 week when we specifically had the salesman write his "promise" of a 3-week exchange period. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THESE GUYS NO STARS I WOULD. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH!!!!! The delivery guys showed up un announced, start slamming stuff inside my door. kick things off and around my stairs, damages my floors, hit my walls. I had to chase one of them out of my house before it got any worse. The guys at the King Street store had no care, and knew that his delivery crew was a problem as you can see from other reviews. He offers no remorse, and concern for the customer. What a terrible company and people to deal with. Stick with SLEEP COUNTRY.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD First they delivered the wrong bed - not the one we bought. After we provided photos of the wrong tag, they admitted error and delivered right one. Delivery guy said there was a stain on wrong bed. Warned me they wouldn't take it back if stain didnt come out. Other delivery guy said no stain. Complaining delivery guy threatened me while standing in my daughters bedroom. I told him to leave the house. He refused. Laughed at me. Would not leave. Eventually said he was leaving to call his boss. I called boss to complain - he said " well, he's a good guy. There's two sides to every story"> NO APOLOGY. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
