I have purchased gear from and taken courses at Water Sports and always have such a positive experience. Great customer service to understand my needs and recommend gear that is appropriate for the diving I want to use it for now and going forward. And fun conversations about diving too!!

Fantastic customer service - especially during COVID. I was able to sign up for an online fish course and used the virtual shopping experience to pick up some last minute holiday gifts!

i called to ask information, the response i got back was negative, when i ask why no answer and hang the phone. i am customer as other are and i was not please with the services. very rude and unbelievable guy. i wish i can leave Zero star instead of 1 star that is how i feel there customer services.
