Neat, clean and tidy; decent size for a hotel gym. Friendly staff. Great to see bookings can be done online, in advance. 28Feb22 Update: Gap restrictions lifted. Adjacent machines open for exercising, thereby increasing capacity 2-3 times.
Sheraton Fitness is nice clean gym along with Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Its very well maintained and staff is very professional and friendly. All the necessary equipments are there in gym. There are specific fitness classes one can join. There is personal training sessions are also available. Also there is free car park available as part of Sheraton Hotel and shopping center.
Lovely gym. Great for work outs and advise. Always clean. Staff very friendly.
Nice pool and sauna area. Gym misses a lot in terms of weight lifting machinery.
