Warehouse One

Their jeans are always so comfortable and I can always find something in my size. The staff are helpful with selections at the fitting room and suggestions on which features would suit my needs. They also offer tips on how to take care of my clothing to keep the items looking their best.

I'm a huge fan of Warehouse One. I buy most of my clothes from the store. And I was excited to find how close this store is to me. But, this is the strangest store I have been to. When asking for a size from stock higher up, I was given one 2 sizes larger than asked for. Even though there was one my size on the rack I later grabbed it. The girl who said she was starting my change room then put my shirt on their rack to be rehung without my having been able to try it on. So when I went to try on my selections she had to search around to figure out where she had put my oversize garment before helping me into the room with the handful of items I had grabbed. 5 minutes later someone came knocking on the door asking if I had something to be put back on the rack. A strange question since I had to stop trying on my clothes and gather up my rejected items. A poor sales tactic, because I definitely shuffled my maybes into that pile hoping to not have her back asking for more items a few minutes later. I wasn't asked if I needed another size or anything either - which is a better sales strategy because having to get dressed and grab another size more often then not means just leaving instead of the hassle. I did end up needing a couple comparison sizes and left the room to grab them myself. When I went back into the room I was scolded for bringing more than 4 items into my room which the first girl had not said when I initially went into the room. And was told I must hang the rest on the door. So I hung all items on the door including the ones I was planning on buying and left. And I will go to another location to buy them where they don't make shopping such a frustrating experience.

Very organized store, great customer service. Went there to buy jeans and tried probably 10 different pairs. The sales person was never annoyed with me trying so many pairs and was very honest and helpful, never pushy! I ended up purchasing several items. Planning on going back this winter!

Never been here before until a few weeks ago, the clothing is beautiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful and nice.

Such an awesome store. Definitely needed in Airdrie but found out today they are closing their doors.

Not alot of yoga wear selection. Also not very many womens jackets
