Reitmans

The manager of this store is absolutely amazing. I just got a new job and needed a new wardrobe. She catered to me like I was the Queen. She listened to my requests, changed my sizes, brought me amazing selections and gave me honest answers. I have been shopping at this location for 2 years, and I highly recommend it. Over the 2 years, I was preparing for interviews and wanted to dress for success. Everytime I shopped here to prepare, I got the job! I will be back.

Here's the thing. I've never shopped at Reitmans before. As a kid, I always saw it as an "old lady store". I stopped in here because I needed some dress pants and didn't want to drag my toddler all over the mall. But I'm glad I did! The store was super clean and well organized, shirts were color coded, clothes all in order from smallest to largest. Beyond that though, the service was excellent and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I would not have imagined this would be a store I'd shop at often, but now I think it will be!

Not very generous store in new stuff. Sad colours too. Maybe, because the spring is coming, they gonna make us happy with new colours and models.

After getting an email from Reitmans saying Coatigans were in stock, I stopped by Reitmans in Airdrie to purchase one. Apparently I wasn't the only one in the market for a Coatigan as they had very few left, and none in my size. A sales lady approached and asked if she could help, and ended up finding one online for me, ordered it, and it arrived at my front door 2 days later. The staff here are excellent, always ready to help and to do what they can to help you find what you need. Always a good experience!

Airdrie Reitmans is just the best place to shop! From the time you enter the store to until you leave your treated with kindness and a team of Girls that are willing to help you with with what ever you need.If your just in browsing thats ok too! The Girls just let you know if you need help with anything just ask one of them. Every Time I shop here I have Fun and always leave with some nice clothes! Angie and her team of Girl's are just the Best!! Always willing to go above and beyond!! Awesome clothing for Plus Size as well!!Definitely my go to Store!!

I am actually in the store as we speak with my friend & she is trying to find dress pants for work. Both the girls working tonight, neither of them are at all helpful. Not asking us if we need help, not asking her if she needs another size. We are complete ghosts in this store or they are in their own little world. I don’t not like this at all. So rude

Great collection and good customer service

Terrible service. I emailed their customer service department, NEVER GOT A REPLY. They said they'd email, waited 10 business days, I emailed them again, waited another 4 business days. They finally emailed and said they were sending a follow up email with an e-gift card - never received that email either. Also emailed the President of RW-Co, Lora Tisi - never got a reply from her either! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM REITMANS/ RW-CO because if you need customer service you won't get it!

Absolutely in love with this place. Always have inclusive sizes, the cutest and trendy clothes, and not to mention the best staff!

The staff here are very friendly. I got there often and they are personable, not intrusive, patient and positive. I love clothing and the tops are great for work.
