I visited Michael's Airdrie in December to ask questions on getting a canvas framed... I had many questions and it is probably one of the busiest times for the staff at Michaels. However, the most kindest person Denise took the time to go through all my options and also made sure at the end of our conversation she was still smiling. I felt a real connection and passion in her work. I did scope out a few other frame shops but did not find what I found with her and for that reason I will continue to bring or refer any work done to her!! Thank you for a very uplifting experience especially during the craziness of the holidays :) There was also a gentleman there but I can't remember his name but he as well was outstanding in knowledge and customer service!

I have never gone to Michaels and not had a good experience there. Staff is always very helpful.

Wonderful shopping atmosphere. Nice selection of craft stuff. Wonderful friendly staff.

This place is great for the artsy crafty types. The staff are very friendly and I have never seen them spit, which is rare for Airdrie. The prices are a little high, however you can usually get coupons for 50% off if you're on their email list.
