Need to find some exotic wood at great deals, this store has it. They have stains sealers, resins,mouldings, paneling,locks, decking and can get whatever else you maybe looking for. Staff was helpful and made my visit enjoyable. So much wood to see for so many projects.

We have been shopping Windsor off and on for 10 yrs. We have been there a lot the past 3 months. Every time we go in we are greeted at the door and asked if we need help right away. Always have help loading wood!! The last time one of the employees went out of his way to help, We were asking about measurements of a door. He actually got a ladder went up to the display door and took all the measurements for us!! It helped tons. Thanks again for all of your help.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful to me. I am a complete beginner when it comes to wood projects, and I appreciated the patience and the expertise that was shared with me during my many visits and with my many questions.
Needed a can of oil stain for a project that I am working on and while the Airdrie store didn't have any in stock, they were able to get a can from another store very quickly. They were quick and responsive at getting back to my request and were great to deal with. Customer service was great.
We have always had a positive experience here. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Hubby is a carpenter by trade so, wandering through here is like a toy store for him.
We went to the store to place our order. I had a printed list and showed it to MIke. We spent 2 hours there just to get everything correct. So when the materials arrived, I inquired from David how come the doors are not pre-hung and he said this is how they came. We were very specific in our order. Still this mistake happened. So i ended up paying extra to my carpenter for doing my job. When I emailed Mike, he totally refused saying it was not discussed they would be pre-hung doors as I asked for compensation for the difference. I know we over and over again said they should be pre-hung doors. And now comes the part when our work was complete there were 238 sq feet of extra casing sent. I called up the store and luckily I got to talk to Mike and he very calmly said errors happen. I said could your reimburse the amount, he said no we had to come to the store, so now we waste our fuel and time just for his mistake. The mistake was from his side that was okay, I told him to please send the driver to pick the stuff up and he said okay. The service is good when you enter to do your order is all I can say. I wont be going to his store ever. I would like the manager to get back to me on this please. Thank you.
Always great product selection and service here. We're able to source some wood that I needed for a project in a specific size, which I could not find anywhere else. Also a great selection of hard to find, and premium wood, as well as tools and supplies.
