I will NOT go back to this location. I asked a simple strait forward question about the promotion on the I phone 8 about an hr ago and the girl gave me a rather smart### answer and a smirk. I said to her... that she did not answer my question. She said Yes I did. I rephrased the question and then her response was...I don't know. So I left. A very brief and not so pleasant shopping experience. I understand that this store is only selling Telus products and plans, but they must realize they are the front-line employees working with the consumer. I will go elsewhere

I have had the best service ever from 2 employees at the Airdrie location. There names are Elhy and Amber. Outstanding.

Skip this place and just go to Crossiron. I went in to switch my samsung over to an iPhone and was hoping they could hook the two phones up for data transfer, like I had when I went from apple to Samsung previously. The lady said there was a $25 fee. When I asked why, she gave a snarky answer “because we are providing you a service so we need to charge a service fee”. Didn’t care that I was a Koodo customer, just went on to explain that they are a private store so they can charge extra fees. The conversation went on for a bit longer, but I left because I was tired of her snarky answers and condescending tone. I see multiple people have reviewed this lady’s poor interpersonal skills and she remains a fixture here. I went to crossiron Koodo that same day and they did the data transfer for free and were super relaxed and pleasant about it. Seriously, just don’t even bother at this store. I know I wasn’t in there to sign up for a new plan or buy an expensive new phone, but I don’t think I should have been treated like trash. When I do need an expensive new phone, this place will not get my business!

Poor customer service, this is our second time to the store and happened to receive same girl both times. She does not have a great customer service attitude at all! Definite unwillingness to want to help customers at all, watched her treat a few customers this way in the time we were there and even locked up the store before stated close at 5pm on the door. She locked up at 4:10pm and almost wasn't going to help a lady that my husband allowed in at 4:25pm, she tried to say that because a co-worker left she was going to close early (seemed two workers had disappeared since our initial arrival at store). Bottom line, we opted to leave as we felt we were already being given vibes of unwillingness to want to help us and locking up early felt like we were an inconvenience to her. Will not be back there again, will take our business elsewhere.

Everything is excellent here . We would not go anywhere else. Natasha and angela are always willing to help.
