I come here for the Lumber people are helpful and very friendly. Prices are competitively priced (especially with the Rona Card) and they are very organized in the yard out back where they are stored and where you pick it up. a guy named Josh who works in the back is an extremely hard worker and very good at picking out the straight lumber for you too!

It's fine. It's a pretty standard hardware store, a little small but has most of what you'd be looking for. People seem to be friendlier but not more helpful than say, the home depot

I know Rona doesn’t hire people with masters in math but come on! A three year old can count to 4! I would post a picture of it but I don’t know how! Bought 4 90 degree 3/4 inch elbows for pvc pipe, and she marked it at 5!!! I have the cashiers name but probably won’t post it unless a manger of this store wants it

Regularly can't find what I'm looking for. The last time I was there (Jan 12th mid morning) I ran into two of the rudest cashiers I've ever met. I wanted to exchange a product that failed soon after I bought it. Despite the website saying I didn't require a receipt and packaging these two 'ladies' repeatedly and aggressively told me there is nothing they can do. I told them this will be the last time I shop there and they didn't care at all. Congrats ladies you've prompted my first ever 1-star review with your impressively poor customer service

After shopping around a bit I decided to use this Rona for a garage package. All in all very happy with the package, price was the most competitive also they made the process quick and efficient. 60% of the staff are knowledgeable, being into this location a few times I quickly learned who actually knew what they were talking about and who did not. With only a few hiccups along the way this Rona made my garage build possible :)
