If you want a great car salesman when you visit Walser Toyota, please request Robert "Spike" Spicher. You will not be disappointed! I went into Walser last week to return my leased car and lease another one. May I just say this man has the patience of Job. After choosing my new car and completing the deal, I decided I needed one more extra option. I was going to settle for the car I originally chose but Spike kept saying he did not want me to settle and, most importantly, wanted me to be happy with the car, no matter what it took. He then began to search for cars with the added option. He found one and then had to do all the paperwork over again. I kept apologizing but he kept reassuring me it was no problem.even though this took over an hour to redo. Thank you Spike for being so kind!!! On a side note, their service department is the best I have ever dealt with. I have never been treated so well. This played a major part of why I came back to Walser.

Dealerships are usually the same. The stuffy cubicle, the pushy salesman, and hours on hours haggling for a price. Walser Toyota is none of that. They have a nice open atmosphere, extremely helpful sales staff, and best part of all, they know customer service! Their up front pricing really takes the stress of negotiating out of the way because you’re already getting a great price. Blake went above and beyond to make sure I received the best customer service possible! When I was ready to buy a car with him and was unable to come in on a day he was working, heads sure I was in the best of hands with one of his fellow salesmen. Here’s one enormous shout out to Blake and Karl for helping me find my new car! Thank you so much, I couldn’t be happier!

Walser Toyota is a full service dealer that offers “No Haggle” pricing on their vehicle sales. Their prices are competitive although you may be able to obtain a slightly cheaper price from another dealer. The showroom and service department are in a large, modern building with an open floor plan and comfortable waiting areas. Staff are very friendly and competent. The service they provide is high quality and efficient. The service department is open in the evenings for your convenience. Service appointments can usually be made with short notice and may be available the same day. Appointments can be made via phone call or scheduling online on their website.

Multiple Experiences with this dealership and all have been exceptional. Purchased a used Lexus LS460, bought the warranty for life (didn't know it existed... but it is fantastic becuase I drive my cars to 200k+ miles). Had the opportunity to talk with both the GM (Greg) and Used Car Manager (Tyler) and could not have been more impressed. These are genuinely good folks building a business based on integrity and repeat business. My sales rep (Keith) was fantastic as well. I'm a customer for life.

Very helpful staff. As a frequent visitor for oil change for life, I am satisfied with their services. I would like to see their courtesy ride increased back to 10 miles radius though. Although, they have been very accomodating before if I need a courtesy ride to and fro while getting my car serviced. Seems like the rules are changing with more restrictions.
