I went into freeway Ford just to look at different models. The staff and service is exceptional. I actually ended up with trading in my SUV and driving out with a 2018 Ford escape. Freeway Ford knows how to take care of their repent buying customers. I really want to thank Brian for his knowledge. Brian went above and beyond. Brian is a great asset to the business

Would give this dealership six stars if the ratings went that high !! Salesman Brian Ward was the best. I had done some on-line "looking" and Brian was quick to provide the various purchase and finance options that were available. Went to the dealership and just a few short hours later was on my way home in my new car! Brian even helped me get the rental car I was using back to the rental office. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone!!

The service at the Quick Lane was excellent. My wife and I appreciate how they always take a few extra moments to explain what service tune-up procedures lie ahead – and what kinds of things we need to keep an eye on with our current mileage on our 2014 FOCUS (which we love!). The worker Patrick has a particularly terrific tone with “us” laymen – and I always appreciate his extreme patience as I ask my assorted questions! THANK YOU for the great service!

Great buying experience. Flew from Texas to Minneapolis and am more than happy that I did. Barbe C. and the whole Freeway Ford Staff were eager to help through the buying process. Save quite a bit buying at this dealership. Drove home in a new Escape Titanium. They helped me while on the road with questions I needed answers about Sync3. Once home, Barbe call to check that I had arrived safely. Best Car Shopping experience to date.

I was able to get my 2014 Explorer in for service recently, and everything went smoothly from getting the work order, getting a loaner vehicle, (A brand new Escape) that my wife fell in love with, and having the work COMPLETED ON THE PROMISED TIME, so I could bring the loaner back and get my Explorer, and be on my way. All without going outside in the Sub-Zero weather, because I brought my loaner back inside the service area, and Dean had someone get my Explorer from the lot and bring it inside for me, so it was A lot warmer than it was sitting outside. So when I was done paying for the service, getting a fresh cup of coffee,and some really good popcorn, i was on my way.
