I knew that I was going to buy a pressure washer, and I even knew the model that I was going to pick up. I did a lot of research on specs and prices, but I don't know the ins and outs of pressure washers. The sales person recognized that I knew what I wanted, so definitely didn't try to up-sell me on another model. Additionally, he told me some of the features of the machine, general practices for operating it, and even some safety tips that I wouldn't have known (never having owned a pressure washer); like, don't leave the engine running without spraying water at least every two minutes! I was impressed with the employee's knowledge of all the parts on the machine, knew where it was designed, tested, and manufactured. He also pointed out that these Northern Tool pressure washers are all modular, so if the water pump ever wears out, I can just buy a new part rather than a whole new machine. Bottom line, I was impressed with the employee's knowledge, good attitude, and the price of the equipment.

Never shop at this store! Purchased a welding cart. Received it in such bad condition that it wouldn't even go together and paint was missing. Called and they said that they would ship another. 3 weeks later, still didnt get replacement nor a return label for first cart. Called again!!! Finally got a replacement cart. They said to put original one on front step and UPS would come pick it up. Again, after 3 weeks (so now a total of 6 weeks and repeatedly calling) on my door step ups never came and got it. Then after a few months i get a letter in the mail that they were sending me to collections for the first cart not being returned. I should not have had to pay to return their item that they sent to me. Tried to report incident to BBB but they are not part of BBB.
