Wow!! I am very impressed with this dealer thus far. The salesman (Warren Smith) clearly listened to what I needed and wanted, and recommended great vehicles within my price range. I test drove three vehicles and was quite impressed with their current generation of outbacks. Transparency, integrity and quality are apparent. If you are shopping for a new vehicle for your family, and don't require a truck or van, I highly recommend you check out this dealership. UPDATE: We purchased a car through this dealership yesterday. I remain super happy with the dealership and the whole transaction. We paid cash, so I can't speak to the financing piece. We didn't get much for our trade, but it wasn't worth much. The value of the trade was in line with the initial estimate from Mr. Smith (no surprises and nothing shady). All the credits and costs were reviewed with us before we signed forms, we had ample time to review forms, and all our questions were answered before signing. We also purchased a warranty, and I intend to utilize this shop for maintenance and repair going forward. I am very happy with my 2017 Subaru Outback, this dealership, and their sales associate Warren Smith.

I bought a Subaru Forester from Walser Subaru and have nothing but good things to say! Very helpful and informative with the whole process. I worked with Harry and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and made sure I got the best deal. He was able to answer all my questions and meet all my car expectations at a fair price.

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Walser Subaru in Burnsville and just like the first one I am very happy. Walser has made the process streamlined and easy. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and the price of both vehicles we have purchased was very fair. Both times it has been our pleasure to work with Harry Lackey on the purchases. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really works hard to make sure we had all our questions answered. While I am sure everyone at the office would treat a customer well, I highly recommend that you ask for Harry. Thank you for another happy purchase.

Bought a used forester from them a year ago. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful during the buying process. At no time did I feel pressured. They even fixed a few items on their dime before finalizing the deal with me. I bought their extended wrap warranty and it has already come in handy twice. I recommend purchasing it it's worth the value. If it's covered by the extra warranty and I have them fix it I don't even pay a deductible. They fixed my power window and I didn't pay a cent. The service department is knowledgeable and despite being busy most if the time, the wait times are very reasonable.
