University Auto Sales

I honestly thought this place was great, AT FIRST. I financed a car with them in October 2017. Ever since I’ve had the car, the car has given me issues, even though they swore everything was checked out and in good condition. This was my fault for not bringing a mechanic with me. I finally decided to check out my car after almost getting into an accident because my breaks were 100% worn!! They sold me a car with bad breaks. They refused to take care of it but agreed to add the payment to my loan. I had no choice but to pay for it. Not only has the car given me issues, but the people that work there too. I have given them my insurance information ATLEAST 8 times and they continue to call and ask for it and send me letters saying they are going to charge me an extra $99 every two weeks because they haven’t received my information. I PHYSICALLY gave them a copy of it but they still ask me for it. ALSO, I am receiving “past due” notices, when I have paid them on time EVERY two weeks. They tell me they don’t see payments posted, however THEY ARE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS THEY ARE TAKING FROM MY CARD ON FILE. It is being deducted from my bank account every two weeks! How do you not see payments on file when you guys are the ones taking it out???? I thought this was going to be a simple thing. I get a car, I pay it off, the end. But it’s been issue after issue. No one seems to communicate within the offices. Everyone has been very nice to me, but I don’t need nice, I need them to be professional and do their job and not try to screw people over. I would have recommended this place two months ago, but not anymore. Go somewhere else and MAKE SURE to bring a mechanic.

Joe and Jon were impeccable. They were consummate professionals, friendly, and helpful. They made the buying process easy and quick, and I got a great deal on a fantastic vehicle. I definitely recommend these guys. Thanks!

Wish I could say it was the best place to get a car but I can't sat around for over 3 hours just to be turned down because of a past repo. Sorry I had wasted there time and my time. Thank you Ana you did your best God bless you.

Cesar was kind and very helpful! Nathan made the financing process easy to understand and was very efficient! Bill, Tony, and everyone at the location was polite. I highly recommend University Auto Sales!
