Craig Schroeder, our salesman was a friendly, thorough, no pressure human being! He was very thorough in showing us the vehicles capabilities and special features. He went through the trade-in purchasing process and the transaction went extremely smooth from beginning to end! This dealership we title as a "Family feel friendly", car sales team. They were all very welcoming when we walked in the door, and full of smiles! Thank you Park Jeep, we will be back Craig Schroeder and Barry!!

Very friendly and helpful staff members. The buying process was quick and easy. David was our product specialist, he asked all the necessary questions to make sure we could find the car that fit our needs, he also helped us understand all the buying process and make sure we knew how to use the car features. And of course I can't forget to mention the free Starbucks coffee and popcorn we got 😋Excelente service!

I “almost” purchased a Jeep GC from this dealer 4 years ago, but the exact vehicle I wanted was sold to someone else before we could agree on price. No hard feelings as the process was pleasant. However, I decided to keep them in mind for future service due to their proximity to my home. I will say that after bringing my vehicle in twice over the past 4 years to calling for quotes on service, I’m not sure I’ll be calling again. Twice now I shopped around/asked for opinions and both times the prices at Park Jeep were not only higher, they were sometimes double the cost of other local dealers. To the point I shared that info with other dealers and they were shocked by what I was quoted by Park. One of those times they were really pushing me to replace my steering rack for a lot of money. I decided to go get opinions from two other shops, both of whom told me to just “keep and eye on it” and if I was to replace it their prices would be significantly lower than Park Chrysler Jeep. I’m not impressed at all with what seems to be their inflated service prices. I cannot speak to the quality of work.

We bought 3 cars from Andrew! We shopped around for a few days went to a few different dealerships. And Andrew approached us in the lot! He was genuine and really down to earth! He was personable and since he was new, if he didn’t know something he found it out and asked. Chris his manager, was awesome a really great person to talk with and get to know. I rarely do reviews but the people at park Chrysler Jeep, need to know how awesome they really are! If you are looking for a car go here and only here, you won’t be disappointed!!

So I had an incredible experience. I went to buy a winter car and had all kinds of anxiety about this process, when I tell you that Stacy @ Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville was one of the best sales persons that I've encountered is an understatement. I called about this vehicle and shortly thereafter I received a call back and I went out there and my service was incredible. Not only did I get the vehicle that I wanted, while I was waiting for the paperwork to be done, I told her that the waiting room needs an improvement, like a popcorn machine, and do you know the next day when I went to pick my car up their was a popcorn machine there. What that told me is that I'm an important customer and that my opinion matters. I had a great experience and suggest that anyone looking for a vehicle would stop here @ Park Chrysler Jeep first and give Stacy a shot at your business. She want let you down. Felecia N....
