The sales person was great to work with (Ella) no BS or pushy sales approach which was refreshing. My used truck had some issues after I received new tires (unrelated to the new tires) and they diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. Jerry in service was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. They also lent me a very nice rental car which was important to me. I really had an amazing experience all around with multiple departments and people here. I would recommend & shop/service my truck here again. Nice to know there's another place I can trust.

I went to the express lane for a quick oil change (no appointment needed) and asked to get my brake pads checked. An employee informed me that the pads and rotors were in a condition that was not safe to drive with. He told me that he had the parts in stock and that he could start it immediately since he had a mechanic who wasn't working on anything at the time. I told him that I HAD to pick up my child an hour from then no exceptions. He came back out pretty shortly after and informed me that he had not one but THREE guys working on it. I was back on the road at the time I needed to be and felt completely safe driving. I really appreciate the service employees who aren't pushy with doing unnecessary things but make me feel like priority when I NEED things done.

Words cannot describe how I feel about the people at this Dodge of Burnsville. Especially Mark and James. My Charger suffered a failed alternator this weekend while leaving the mall. I rushed to the nearest Dodge dealer, and made it (one hour before closing time) and let them know of our urgent need. We are from Eau Claire, WI and we had our 9 year old daughter and 6 month old baby and were looking at being stranded at closing time far away from home. I understood the unlikely situation of them not only having the time to diagnose the issue, but also repair it in time for closing. After all we just dropped in unannounced with our emergency situation. The service manager was careful to say that he could make no guarantees but he would do his best. He did FAR more than that. He and his wonderful Tech got right on the diagnose and repair, made it his number one priority, and also did his best to comfort me as at this point I was about as overwhelmed by the situation as a person could get. They had the alternator replaced and my car running faster than I've ever experienced and we were able to get home safely. We did not buy the car from them, they were just the closest place I could find in an emergency, and yet they treated us like a top priority. I cannot express how much it meant to me and my gratitude knows no bounds for their acts of kindness. I will repay this debt by bringing my business and all my friends and family to Dodge of Burnsville. This weekend will not be forgotten. Thank you so much!!

I have been working with Kristi at Burnsville Dodge. I am totally satisfied with the service she has provided for me on my 2015 Ram. She is present to work with and very knowledgeable about my vehicle I am very impressed. I would recommend this place for your service. On a scale of 1- 10, I would have no problem with giving her a 10. Have a good day

I bought a Ram pickup this year and have been very happy with the sales and service staff. Robert the sales agent was very helpful and answered all my questions with no pressure. David the service manager was great when I came in for my first oil change, and they even washed the truck which I appreciated so much. Highly recommend this dealership, if you're looking for a Dodge or Ram, this is the THE place to go.
