I bought 2 rotisserie chickens that were labeled traditional but weren't. It ruined the pot of soup I made with a Cajun flavor. The night stockers act like I'm in their way when I have to shop late. If it wasn't for me buying things from the shelves, they wouldn't have anything to stock. I've also bought donuts labeled Bavarian but were raspberry.

Today was awful in Walmart. So many empty shelves, especially if more popular items. How long have they been in business? They have their supposed great inventory/order software in place.... Evidently it's not working so well. I needed help finding a belt for a Bissell shampooer they sell. I had to walk almost to the front to find an employee to ask for help and she said she would send some over there. I waited 15 min and no one ever came. I went home without the belt and several items on my list. Frustrated!

The prices were good, selection to meet all my family need while on vacation and employees were helpful. The clientele at this store is a bit to be desired though as they were rude and a bit rough around the edges. There is a second store on the other end of Rapid City that seems to attract nicer people.

The store is stocked well. However, the site to store customer service is horrible. We normally have to wait 5 to 10 min... I check in when I am in the parking lot and no one is back there when I get there. Plus the women who are on the customer service desk are rude. One lady was rude and I told her that she was and she apologized but the other women are worse. They will stand and talk to one another and make customers wait. The only bright star in that store is the lady who works as a cashier in the garden center. Can't remember her name but she is always nice to everyone ...

Prices have increased not as competitive as it used to be ... they used to be lower prices always ... now it's we match prices ... so if you catch us we will be lower priced other than that we'll be the same as everyone else ... other stores such as Meijer and Kroger are just priced the same as Walmart
