They are definitely experts in their field. Unfortunately, they are also very clearly sales people as well. If you want to look the will try to sell you something, however subtly. If you repeatedly don't buy or only buy small ticket items, be prepared to be helped last.

Great place to come try out the latest in technology. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel pressure when I'm browsing the merchandise and feel comfortable trying all their displays out.

I have always had a very good experience with the staff at this store, I had no problem finding someone to help. They were very helpful in helping me find the ipad I wanted. I purchased a new mini ipad with very little effort. I left the store feeling very pleased.

What a awful costumer servis!! I bought two really expensive computers from Best Buy and I went to Turkey and one of them was freezing always and then I came back after 6-7 months I went to this sucks place I told them my computer has a problem and I have warranty can you fix it please because I could not use it ? And she looked at the computer maybe 20 seconds and she said that the problem is from software and warranty doesn't cover it and said you have to pay 100$ for it. I was shocked because she could take it and try to run it or take a test and then she could tell me what is the problem but only try to take my money. Holly cow I got piss
