My buddy purchased some baby clothes. It was around 450.00 worth of clothes. The baby clothes were nice I will admit that but he wasn't sure if his partner would agree with what he picked out so when he purchased these items he asked about their return policy. He was told he could return them no matter what, just as long as he had the receipt. Well it turns out that his partner did not like what he picked out and when he returned to the store to return these items they would not refund him the money. They keep telling him that he has to come back when it is busier when they have more cash in the register. They did not honor their word or their return policy and the manager lady is extremely rude and I witnessed all of this and thought it was bad business. My buddy said he will be contacting the better business burea about their return policy. You don't lie to people to get them to do business. If you tell someone your going to do something you honor it. You don't treat customers like this. Very rude. Very bad people to do business with.

They have lots of good deals and quality clothes for kids, but their service is what keeps you coming back. They always take the time to help you find what your looking for, even if it's over the phone. Not too many stores excel at customer service like this one!
