They carry a lot of stuff if you can find it. As for customer service, they don't even try. Better than it used to be, though. The people that work there, if you can find one, are good natured. More or less the prices on the shelves reflect the price that you will be charged - almost always. Much better than it used to be. Stocking seems to be a problem at this busy store. Check to make sure the product that you are buying is slotted above the correct brand (price). 50/50 chance of that. Fairly well maintained which is difficult in a large store. Carts are junky and a struggle to steer which makes shopping kind of fatiguing.

This is a decent place to shop. They usually have items stocked pretty well. The lines are big, so if you're shopping during rush hour, be prepared to wait. They do have self checkout, so it is a bit faster, but still, sometimes it takes 15 minutes to do the checkout. The prices, however, are great compared to other stores, so it's worth the wait in my opinion.

The site claims 24 hours. I've been dialing these people for the past hour beginning at around 1am and no one is picking up the phone in either of the given department options. It's simply ringing about 50 times and disconnecting. IF YOU ARE 24 HOURS, someone SHOULD BE ANSWERING THE PHONE AT ALL TIMES. I am very heated as I had a simple yet important question. I will be contacting corporate as I was attempting to leave one useless Walmart that is " 24 hours in Lake Zurich, yet does not fully operate past 10 pm, to drive out to Wheeling to get the job done. However last thing I wanted to do was make a vain drive out there to be fed the same garbage. Guess rich people get away with sleeping on the job, because they sure aren't doing the job.

Sam Waltons legacy carries on. Great business model but to compete with Target, the customer service needs to be improved. But that's what you get with such good prices.

I am a connoisseur of Walmarts you might say. Because of where I travel and live I stopped at a lot of them. This is by far one of the best. Only one that I know of that is better down by Lombard
