We do both commercial and residential sales. The sales are typically conducted over a weekend to allow you to both to browse the sale and to remove the items you would like. All sales are conducted on the site of the property to be demolished.

My first and LAST encounter with these jerks was today (3-19-17 @ 4:15pm CST) eastbound on RT22, just outside Barrington, IL. An A**HOLE driving a ratty old "Cook County Demolition" pick-up truck, tailgated me for miles. Although I was actually exceeding the speed limit (50mph), the "CCD" A**HOLE felt it was necessary to ride my back bumper, the entire time. Un-F'n believable! What a jackass! And then I slowed for traffic, he almost rear-ended me. Avoid people like this at all costs! If this is typical of the way they operate, DO NOT HIRE THEM! As a general contractor myself, I will always remember their name & this incident. They will NEVER be a subcontractor I consider, regardless of the cost. If I could give them minus -5 stars, I would.

Do not let this company run your demolition sale!!! We'll do our best to make sure that Frank never gets a permit to work in our town again. The way that this company treated the neighbors and surrounding community during this two-day sale was totally unprofessional. Parking was completely mismanaged, resulting in damaged lawns and right-of-ways. The company owner's dogs were let loose to roam the neighborhood digging in yards. Not only was no effort made to communicate with the neighbors, but Frank was aggressive and offensive toward the neighbors. Before hiring this company consider if it is worth the ill will they will generate. There must be a better alternative.

I'm writing this because of the totally uncalled for bad review written by Ruben Shafer !! I wish I knew about his review earlier !!! I just happened to be getting ccdemo info for two people that need demolition done and I happened to see Mr.Shafers review .I used CCDemo for a demolition sale for our house that we were going to tear down . The 2days of the sale were just like a garage sale with a PERMIT from the village of Palos park with no special parking needed because buyers are able to park on village property such as the side of road and Village easements (per the village ) which mr.shafer also uses for parking for their parties!!!!! so with that said Mr. Schafer apparently was not happy with the traffic for the sale and parking on village property which is across a street across from his house, he came over talked to my husband said he had no problems with us but was not happy with ccdemo and we thought everything was ok ,well not exactly Mr.Shafer and Frank apparently had words then we noticed the signs for the sale went missing !! Awhile later the police were called by Mr.shafer but because everything was done to village requirements per the PERMIT the police said there was no problems !!!! And nowhere on the permit did it say that we or ccdemo sales needed to communicate anything to the neighbors ! Needless to say they also caused problems during our construction of our new home and the with same complaint that they were not made aware of construction which is not true !! The village sent letters to all neighbors with a start date ,also a huge village sign showing construction rules was placed at our drive after we received all our PERMITS !!!! Not until the village building inspector told them they were in the wrong did they stop !!!! So with that said We had a great sale and Frank and his ccdemolition crew !!!! They were nothing but professional and courteous to all ,and would use them again and will continue referring him !!!!!!!! And by the way Frank's dogs were on our 4 acres all the time !!!!! So in ending What a great welcome to the neighborhood that was !!!!!!
