Beware of the FAKE nicotine products at this store! Save your money. Their Escobar and Posh’s are fake. Very many come with no flavor and are out the same day when there are supposed to be 1500-3000 puffs. I’ve lived around this areas for two years now and my boyfriend and I came here 2-3 times a week. Now this is happened to many times and they will not issue a refund. We will not be back for their fake products. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP. You can open the product inside of the store, show them it’s bad and they still will not return your money.

i purchased a nicotine device earlier today around 1pm that contains over 1500 puffs, just now, the same day not even 12 hours later it goes out. i thought it taste kinda funny the first hit. i’m reporting this so nobody else waste their money at this smoke shop! fake devices

Good selection, even some e-cigarettes I haven't seen elsewhere. Reasonable prices. You do kind of have to know what you want when you go in there, or it is a little challenging as they have tons of stuff!

I prefer the employees and owner to be knowledgeable and well-versed about products they carry, beyond they price. I appreciate the variety of merchandise they have. I beloved the prices tho be competitive to other similar stores nearby.

These guys are always super chill and try to help in anyway they can. Decent variety of product and prices are the most reasonable in cook county with no stupid markups.

Really great selection but the prices are 30% higher than locations right up the road. They stare at you like you are going to steal something and offer no assistance. If you let them know they are more expensive, they will claim bogus responses about the products being more fresh than others...? Even though expiation dates are at least 2 years out. Would recommend a drive to Vernon Hills and not wasting your time there.

I love this place! They have a wide variety of everything tobacco, vaping, pods for your Juul, or whatever alternative smoking product you may use and a big assortment of CBD oils along with a cigar room and tons of hookahs! I've compared prices from 10 other smoke shops and this one is the cheapest. The service is always professional. The employees have been able to answer all my questions and know each one of their products very well. If you're buying your first vape machine or getting a new one they let you try it out before you buy! I really like that! Also they have also been able to explain the difference between the ton of vaping machines they have. Plus they seem to be the only smoke shop open within a 15 mile radius from my house that's actually open till 10pm. Other smoke shops close at 7pm to 9pm on weekdays & earlier on weekends, not LAKECOOK SMOKE SHOP! Everytime I go here I always have a great experience! Check it out!

Hung up on me. Once because he couldn’t understand me when I asked for a vaporizer. Immediately after. Just said I don’t know what that is and hung up. Second time because customer came in so he hung up on me mid sentence. When I called third time and asked why he hung up before I could say a sentence interrupted he explained a customer came then hung up again ….does your phone have a hold button? You just hang up randomly a second time?
