Lake Shore Harley-Davidson

Had my grandson with me today and they were awesome. They let him sit on motorcycles and check all the gas tanks. We bought some clothing and a few parts, and they gave him some temporary tattoos and a new pair of sunglasses. You guys are awesome shop there any time

Absolutely the place you want to have any work done on your bike. First, their service and parts guys are amazing, super nice they know their stuff and will go above and beyond to help customers. They are not shady and are not trying to trick or scam you. I want to point out directly Cory, Josh and Derrick. Cory and Josh are front service, Derrick is a technician. Cory and Josh went above and beyond and we're so helpful. Derrick does incredible work, he knows what he is doing has over a decade of experience, hands down the person you want working on your bike. The dealership uses a guy by the name of Billy to do all their paint work on bikes. He has 20 plus years of experience and does just absolutely amazing paint work. I bought a used harley rocker c, this is my first Harley and I didn't know anything motorcycles when I approached them to do the work. I decided to have the entire bike repainted, I bought a new front rim, new fenders, grips, mirrors switch housing and had some other work done. The finished product came out better than expected. I have such a beautiful bike because of the work of Billy the painter and Derrick. I couldn't have envisioned the finished product better, I have a brand new bike. They had my bike completed the day after Thanksgiving. If I ever buy a new Harley I'm buying it from lake shore and I'm getting all future work done at this dealership. Sometimes dealerships are hit and miss or can be shady, this is not the place they are not shady they really care about their customers, the finished product, customer satisfaction and keeping their prices reasonable.

Bought a Street Bob from here back in March. Ellen, along with the entire team, was awesome throughout the whole experience. Everyone stayed late to give me the full buying and walk through experience, and the sales manager got me to a price point I was comfortable with and even threw in shirts and goodies for the people with me. Service department also caught another dealership's neglect on another visit. Awesome place overall.

I have been a part of the Lake Shore Harley " Family " for 2 1/2 Years. I can and will speak for myself; I was treated VERY WELL as an employee! Have met some amazing people including Zach and Preston. No one knows why I left, for NO other reason than I am no longer riding. My loyalty remains, my respect remains. I love my work family and family of customer's. I had a great experience and opportunity! If you lose your job that's on you; I left on my own and I am PROUD to have worked there!! I love you and miss you ALL!💗

I just bought a new 2017 Ultra Classic. This was my second motorcycle purchase from the Lake Shore Harley guys and gals. I can't say enough good things about the fantastic treatment from the folks over there. Ellen, Hunter and the gang put me into the bike of my dreams at a price I could afford. From the time you walk in the door, you are made to feel welcome and encouraged to take your time and look around. You never feel pressured, heck you don't even feel like you are talking to a salesman. More like a new riding buddy. The service department is awesome. Drop your bike off to get work done and not only is the work done correctly, the bike comes back to you cleaner than new. You can tell they pride themselves in what they do, even the guy at the wash rack. The guys at the parts counter are knowledgeable and helpful. It is great to have that level of support if and when you need to find a part to enhance your new baby (something shiny and chrome) or to fix your what ails your favorite old bike ( in my case a front brake hose of just the perfect length). Jessica and the other folks over in motor clothes will do their best to help you find that exact helmet, T shirt, jacket or other Harley item you are looking for. The pride they have in their work shows in the orderly displays and crisp folds.
