Wonderful selection of goods for organizational needs.

Worst experience ever.  We ordered multiple items worth a few thousand dollars, including a sofa and were told by the sales person that we could return the products, after paying a stocking fee.  Before our sofa was even delivered, we mentioned that we would simply like to change the sofa cover.  The store personnel, after repeated calls, emails, etc. told us that they cannot exchange the cover, because it is custom made.  They never told this to us when we were making the purchase.  I do not know if all Crate and Barrel stores are like this, but I highly recommend you to stay away from this one.

If you are Latino or Latina they will not provide the same quality of service towards you and will roll your eyes at you. That is what happened to my fiancé and we left and didn't make any purchases there.
