This is the only down to earth friendly real thrift shop left! Yes! You can still find treasures at this St. Vincent DePaul location and they are still still is as cheap as it always once was! (You Know before shopping at any thrift shop was cool, before it was a fad, before 99.9% of thrift stores raised their prices to outrageous retail levels!! This smaller thrift shop still thrives on the turnover not the sale by sale. You can find treasures in every niche from  jewelry to crafts to furniture and of course fashion!! Rock n Roll, Antiques, Modern Gold Silver and everything in between. Good luck, and happy hunting.:)

I still believe in SVDP Society 's noble cause in spite of the humiliation I received today from one of the ladies at Libertyville.  Thanks to the gentleman who helped me unload the car! Good PR goes a long way in maintaining the goodwill!
