I've been buying and trading watches online for the better part of the last 5 years, and my experience with Josh at Burdeen's was amongst the smoothest and most enjoyable I've had. Not only is the watch incredible, the process was ultra-smooth and communications were prompt and professional. The watch even shipped in a neat branded travel case, and was set to my local time and running upon arrival – two very thoughtful touches. Will definitely be adding Burdeen's pre-owned watch catalog to my bookmarks going forward.

Dealing with Josh at Burdeen's has been a wonderful experience. As most of us know people tend to over promise and under deliver. That was not the case here. I was able to purchase a Ulysse Nardin that was pre-owned from Josh and the condition was actually better then expected. Communication was fast and professional and I can't recommend Burdeen's and Josh enough. When I'm ready I know where my next watch purchase will be from.

This is my first time dealing with this Jeweler. Josh who is the general manager helps me to close the deal on this beautiful Audemars Piguet. I really enjoy working with him. I'm sure that is just the beginning of our relationship and I will always contact him to acquire another timepiece. They are highly recommended. Thank you, Josh!

A++ internet seller! Bought a pre-owned watch from Burdeen's and the experience was terrific. Josh's communication was fast, professional and friendly. The watch was mailed off quickly and in pristine condition, as advertised. I would gladly purchase another timepiece from Burdeen's.
