I arrived in the early morning at this Walmart location. It’s always great to do the shopping at the first hour of opening because the shelves are always full. There are no empty shelves and the floor is well polished. Walmart is always a top notch retailer in the world and I always have high regards to its management. Highly recommended.

Self checkout is a breeze. Saw many products made in-house with similar packaging kept with other company products. Apparently it’s not illegal but whoever came up with this idea is smart! You will find many products of equate kept along side other top brands and there is uncanny similarity in packaging including colours. The price difference would be like a dollar less and that makes it a choice. Sometimes you might pick up the wrong item because it looks almost identical. Everything is fair in business and we always find loopholes to beat the system. Other than this observation, you get mostly everything.
Customer service manager is very rude and unprofessional. Seems to be a racist also. Was not very helpful when returning an item. Was basically told to call the manufacture and it's not his problem. Kept enforcing their policy. They should not be selli g refurbished products if they don not honor the policy very sad. I will now give amazon my business.
Left a trolley just for a couple of minutes,it was full of stuff, spent about 2 hours collecting it. And then the trolley was gone. Looked for it everywhere. I was told that managers take unattended trolleys and put everything out back on shelves. There were big blue Walmart bags on the top of my trolley, that's obvious I was going to get back and pay for those things. Spent the whole evening in walmart and ended up with nothing.
Employee put a product in the wrong spot on the shelf, listed as $52 price was supposed to be $75; I asked her a few times "is this the correct price?" And she assured me that yes, it was. Got up to the cash and it's ringing up as $75. I told the cashier and she told a manager. He maybe not a manager? Team lead? scoffed and let me know it's "not his problem" that I can't go online and check the correct price.
The staff are so unhelpful! Not rude but if you ask for something and they always seem to just direct you to customer service. I find this is true with many of the cashiers as well. This is true every time I go and not some isolated incident.
You should find another shopper for your on line groceries. Sending your customers a bag of hard and rotten lemons isn’t the way to promote on line shopping. Especially when the bag is mesh and I could see the rotten lemons. Now the customer has to return it. Why? That’s not really on line is it? Is it a way to clear your rotten items, One rotten item per customer?
This store does not pick up phone calls. Customer service manager does not understand store policy, and have breached agreement upon transaction. Called Walmart before arriving and they confirmed the policy. Unfortunately, this policy was not honoured by this store. There appears to be inconsistencies across different locations.
Newly renovated. Big and clean. Has a full sized Mc Donald's inside, as well as a law place, Optical shop, Bakery, and fresh produce.
