SHOPPERS DRUG MART

When will the franchisee / management step up?!?! Shopper's Corporate needs to investigate. Worst shoppers drug mart re: customer service. Attended 01/04/18 and brought my items to the till. To my surprise no one was at any of the tills for over 10 minutes. The line built up. A rude cashier by name of Julie (i believe) made her away up while being unabashedly apologetic. She then had a scowl on her face and she made her way through the 4-5 ppl in line. She barely made eye contact in the process. I live close by and have frequented this location. There is always service related issues at the till, the pharmacy and the stocking staff.

Staff is great! No idea what these other reviewers are talking about, ive lived and shopped here for over 2yrs. If the cash out line is long another opens up, always fast and friendly. If i need help finding something theres always a staff member around to help me out. Im a little confused why they try to sell groceries beside a dedicated grocery store, but to each their own

This shoppers closes early. I've run into some short tempered staff a few times here and those who simply don't seem to know how to use a till? I've had a few good experiences as well though so it just depends on the time of day it seems. I had an issue with a cashier charging me at a lower price initially for my tokens and then changing it afterwards - I wasn't too happy about that... it took her nearly a half hour to fix the issue and by then I had missed my bus and had to wait in the cold for another half hour...

The best Shoppers pharmacy because they have a girl, Arina, if I'm not mistaken. She knows absolutely everything about drugs, plus she is the kindest and most caring pharmacist I've met in my life. Thank you, Arina!

I had a major flare up and the doctor was closed. However, the pharmacist was able to loook back on my records and fill a temporary refill. The request was e mailed to the doctor and I was able to pick up the full refill the next day. THANK YOU Kareem👌 You saved me lots of pain
