Winners

I would have given this Winners a five star had it not been for the lack of adequate staff at check out even though there were 20 people waiting in line. Why is there 3 staff when there’s such a long line up and that store is always busy. I visited around 7 pm. The only reason I waited in line is because the deal was so good, and I knew I would not likely see that deal elsewhere. Speaking of deals: there are lots of good prices and great finds here. I found a beautiful brand name leather blazer for a little over $100. This store is much larger than the average Winners. I liked the way the store was organized, though if you’re not an avid shopper the size and amounts of things crammed in one space can be overwhelming. Be prepared to look and you will find a deal. I c must add that they do keep the washroom clean, in case you just can’t hold it

Good winners to shop at, it's my go to living about a few minutes away from here. They have tons of variety and decently organized. They moved things around - like the bathing suits since I last went and had a difficult time finding the aisle for bathing suits. Overall, nice and friendly staff.

There were 15 people in line at the checkout on a weekday at lunchtime! There were only 2 cashiers working! I waited in line for a long time, why can't the store manager hire staff to solve this nightmare! The cashiers were slow and not interested in speeding up the work process!

While I love Winners and would generally give them a 5-star review, this particular location is my least favorite and the one I visit the least. I tried to purchase an item with visible damage, but the supervisor flatly told the cashier “no” without offering any explanation. Additionally, there was a long line with only 3-4 cashiers working at the time. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at this location.

Not a big variety of clothing and just as pricy as buying from the brand itself.nnAssociates are rude and don’t care about the customer experience at all. Old Russian lady at the change room asks you to do her job for her as “they’re very busy” when there were only 3 other customers in the entire store. Cashier gave a sorry excuse when I brought up the issue to her.nnExpect a lack of customer service here and paying just as much as the premium. Better off going straight to the brand with much better service
