McCarthy

In my experience: excellent costumer service and uniform pieces mostly have good quality.nIn my opinion they insanely expensive even because COVID. Getting 2 outfits for each child if a family of 3-4 you may end up to 1k!!probably more.nAnd their discount bundles are basically useless and you must spend 3x what you need to get $30 voucher! Or to save 10%. Depends what bundle you may qualify!nPs. Go in July by appointment and it’s not busy and so easy to get that trip done.

Wonderful service - very attentive, and informative. This was much appreciated as this was our first time buying uniforms. The associate was great at knowing the sizing and what would fit.

I was able to try on the pants that I purchased. Also, McCarthy uniform made a special arrangements for me to get cotton pants as I am allergic to artificial material.

My daughter changed school after 2 weeks and we needed to buy new uniform. I brought old uniform which were worn hardly two times and some pieces not even once wondering if there is some sort of program exists which allows to return it at discounted price, so low income families are able to buy at discount the close which was hardly worn, since I hate to throw it into the garbage, there are 7 pieces of various tops. The manager Mary was very rude and aggressive from the beginning of conversation, accusing me of pretending to return something worn as a new, even though I explained the situation from the beginning. She agreed to take back unworn items 2 bottoms after having long arguments with me. This is very disappointing that company which deals with school boards has no awareness of sustainability. The throwing items into the garbage is the better option for them, since they can sell brand new clothes instead. I’m attaching the picture of the tops, sizes XS and S. it’s for St. Paul Catholic School. Please post in the comments if needed.

The place was nice and the staff wass very cooperative.nThe quality of their merchandise is excellent. Worth the price.
