If you go here in the busy session, right before or right after school starts be prepared to wait. Like I'm mean hours. Since my daughter goes to a School that requires these uniforms I'm happy to have them in the area. Clothing is a little expensive but does last if they don't grow out of them. I would recommend seeing if your school does used uniform sales. It's a great way to fundraise, recycle the clothes and get pieces at good prices.

Myself and my sister both purchased our uniforms at McCarthy's, and each time we had a great experience. I think having young staff is a benefit as they help the incoming students feel more comfortable and despite their age they are all very knowledgeable when it comes to the uniforms and company itself. The pieces are high quality and are a fair price. It does get quite busy at the end of summer and early September, so we always go in June to avoid lines and insure we have our uniforms for school. I also appreciate how they extend their return and exchange policy till the end of September.

A lot of 5 stars on here from employees that currently work for McCarthy trying to boost the feedback.. what a shame. Company is dirty both inside and out. Does not care about employees or customers...When a company is great they don't have to TRY to prove themselves.. everyone already knows it. McCarthy is a sad sorry joke. Can't wait to see you fail and parents get the service they deserve.

It's really busy. I left it to the last minute and it's all my fault. I will say it is organized like the German railways. They moved us through so quickly and the young staff are truly pleasant to deal with. They are an inspiration to what the retail experience should be like if you are a dinosaur like me and like to shop in store. Next time I will get my kids to help me order online. Then I can spend more time in my garden.

Went to the store to buy my uniforms. It was a little busy. I thought they would rush us out but they really spent time making sure I got the uniforms I wanted. My sweater was backordered, I called their customer service department and was impressed by how much information they gave me and their general demeanor. The structure is also nice, I wasn't sure what to buy but they really knew what uniforms I needed and had a lot of information on my school's uniform policy. I was worried that I would have to wander through the store; but no, their staff helped every step of the way. Overall, their customer service was excellent, the staff knows their products well.
