be mindful of the return policy, they seem to enforce it depending on mood, time of day, and will tell you things like 'shop is independently owned' to avoid taking your return.

i am pregnant and i was dispensed the wrong antibiotic by a pharmacist here. my doctor called and ordered a specific antibiotic that is safe during pregnancy (amoxicillin), but when i came in, the pharmacist had filled my prescription with the wrong antibiotic—one that is NOT SAFE during pregnancy. luckily, i knew the name of the correct antibiotic i had been prescribed and was able to catch the pharmacist on his mistake. he offered no apology and even made a joke about the condition for which i was prescribed the antibiotic. i will never again get an Rx filled here, and i plan to escalate this with a complaint.

Friendly staff. Not the largest Shopper's but carry most day-to-day needs and very convenient location.

This Shopper Drug Mart on Lakeshore has some of the WORST lady cashier in the morning that I have ever seen. Fighting with me about a item that was on sale at the store.Telling me to bring my owe bags next time I come back to the store.These people need to be fired and a new set of staff need to be hired.

Awesome friendly staff, small location but always seem to have to stock on the needed items
