Two issues, the prices are minimum of 1/3 more than Canada Post. You are better off to go to the Canada Post outlet at the Shoppers Drug Mart.nnSecond the service is hit and miss. I called in to verify that I could ship a item and that they would pack it. Double checked before I unloaded the package. Waited in line for half an hour. Customers behind me were serviced first, to free up the line, as mine would take longer. Finally, it was my turn and the lady wasn’t interested in dealing with it due to the weight and having to pack it. The package weighed less than half of what they ship Internationally 67 pounds. Again, I had confirmed that this was doable. Wasted well over an hour.nnDrove to Edmonton, dropped it off at Pak Mail, West End. In and out in 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend the drive, so much easier, no stress. Combine your shipping with something else. Definitely will use them in the future, there’s a difference when someone wants your business, versus don’t care.

I have never had very good service here. They are often impersonal and unprofessional. Each time when I ask for a receipt it appears to be an inconvenience. This time the worker told me if I needed a receipt, I would have to wait while he ate his lunch at the desk next to the front counter. I just hate it when I have to use their service bring returns here. If I had a different choice in this small town, I would use it!

Once again, the absolute WORST customer service I have ever had!!!!! A package came from hong kong c o d... The driver would not accept debit or credit card only cash.I didn't happen to have any that day.So they said I refused the package. Now the package Who Knows Where?????? They said I could pay the money online, and then they could request another delivery. I just got off the phone with them for the 5th time today... No, now it has to be paid by money order or cheque ONLY. How did you guys stay in business... Any other company, including canada post,, fed x... I would have sent the package to their store. Where I could just go?Pay the money and accept the package. Instead, the lady at the u p s store said the driver keeps it in his truck until it's paid.

Well… was informed that UPS was not able to deliver my package. Guess what, I was home all day and no attempt, and no door tag either. This is the third time there has been no delivery attempt, despite UPS stating they have tried. Seems they don’t actually wanna deliver packages… you may be in the wrong business.

I have been a po box user for many years as i work all over canada. This is one of the best stores I have used to date. The customer service is amazing. They call you when a new package arrives and they will go out of thier way to help you out. Thanks for the great service.
