DO NOT get your makeup done here... If Google would allow me to award less than one star k would. The artist is super nice, but she needs to go back to school to improve her techniques. I am normally not a harsh critic, but I was in a wedding this past Saturday and I would not let her finish my makeup - and I refused to pay and was told to take off my makeup if I was not paying, which I gladly did. The owner is rude and is not customer centric whatsoever, and gave attitude the whole time. The prices are ridiculous for the level of service. I would never recommend anyone to go here! The owner is miserable and so are her employees, I didn't see a single smile the entire time I was there. The hairstylist was the only positive feedback I can give. Save your money people!!!!!!!

Do NOT waste your money this is NOT a spa in any way. I went for an hour massage, and a family member went for a facial (she said was horrible). Just before my massage while sitting in the waiting room, a lady approached me asking if I needed a receipt. I was not sure why she was asking me before the massage if I needed a receipt and she said "for insurance purposes" do you need a receipt. I said I am not on any type of claims and do not need any special reciepts. Now with this, I was not aware that my $100.00 + massage was going to be done by an esthetician who does nails and not by a professional. The massage was terrible, and I am not one to complain. If you can imagine a bartender cleaning bar and going in a circular motion forever, that's what the massage was. The lady was friendly however it was horrible and a complete waste of money. If I were the Westin Hotel, I would remove this independent spa right away as this is terrible that they are apart of a hotel that has good customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the pathetic massage and the fact that they do not tell you its just estheticians and not licensed massage therapists. The lady even said she does not have any formal training for massage. A disgrace of a business and I should have read these terrible reviews before attending.

If you want to be ripped off and be massaged by absolute amateurs this is a perfect spa for you! Went the last Friday and had to interrupt hot stone treatment because it was so unbearably unprofessional and bad. After this had to deal with its manager who showed absolute lack of customer service. Very Wild Westish feel.
