I had been hedging on getting my hair cut for some time but decided to go for it and called that day for an appointment. Luckily they were able to accommodate me with Brando. He's an absolutely talented stylist. He started in men's hair before transitioning into women's styling. You will not be disappointed. The cut was perfect, he listened to everything I requested and worked with me to get a great result. I never felt rushed. The blow out and style lasted a full week! (!!!!!!) It was a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend seeing Brando if you are considering a new stylist in Toronto

I went a couple of weeks ago for some highlights and a trim. My colourist Avry was great ! Super knowledgeable and friendly. I had booked for a 1/2 head of highlights but we decided to do 3/4 to put some through the back for when I wear my hair up. I am very happy with my results. What I was not impressed with was the front of house staff. After I paid thinking it was a bit high I looked at my bill and saw I was charged for a full head of highlights. I called back immediately, was put on hold - then someone else picked up, had to explain myself again and they said that I was charged for a full head because that was what was provided although I did not feel that way. They said they would talk to the colourist and call me back .... they never bothered to call back. What bothers me is the snobby, rude attitude reception gave me on the phone and the attitude they can charge whatever they want without clearly communicating to the client. For this price there are way better salons in the city with better customer service.

I got my haircut by Morgan- Awesome fresh new look! She understood what I wanted/was okay with immediately and delivered! I know basic haircuts can be boring but she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Incredibly happy with my hair! I also got a brow design and tint by Hassan- Fantastic! I'm so happy with it. I had a not-so-great experience with tinting in the past (different place) and he recovered my faith in the brow tinting. I love it and am so happy with the final look! Civello on Queen W is a great location for a new look! Will be returning!

I had an amazing pedicure here. I recommend Ali - she was so good. High attention to detail, made me feel very comfortable and a high quality pedicure result.

Just got my first haircut at Civello and basically cried most of the way home. I went to my appointment with pictures to show the stylist what I wanted and explained what i didn't want. I asked for more body and what I got was a shorter version of what I already had w added volume on the bottom (the complete opposite shape as in the pictures I brought)!!!! This is excatly what i didn't want!!!!! And the way my hair was styled at the end was terrible. NOT STYLISH AT ALL!!! Also, I explained that my hair needs a lot of product to hold any kind of styling. That was ignored as well which in the end didn't matter bc it looked terrible and I didn't want to hold after all. I could go on w the issues I had during my visit. At the end of the day, I guess I shouldn't have trusted the brand and location as much as i did. BUT I thought to myself, I showed the stylist what I wanted, she's a professional, she knows what she's doing.
