My sister and I went to this spa yesterday for a massage and a Hammam steam. We enjoyed the relaxation lounge with a nice assortment of teas and baklava. I was expecting a bit more from the spa and health club. The hot tub wasn’t working and the products available in the women’s change room were satisfactory at best. The Hammam steam was nice but did not reach the level of intensity that I desired. The staff were incredibly friendly and the massage therapist I had was excellent. Overall a nice experience but maybe not worth the cost.

I’ve been to this spa once and it was wonderfully luxurious even if it’s a little pricey. Unfortunately, when I tried to book another service sometime later it took several days to get someone on the phone. Instead I used the online booking (which does not allow you to book all services) and after getting an appointment on the wrong date, it took 4 phone calls, a refund form, and a whole week for me to get my deposit back. All for a service I never got to enjoy.

My sister and I went here and it was amazing. We used the groupon package (45 minute massage and 45 minute facial). It was incredible! I had Jennifer for my massage. She was so patient and super attentive to the massage. I like a very light hand and she was perfect! It's also awesome that you can get a receipt to submit to your insurance so that was definitely a plus. The facials were great too- the ladies did such a thorough job and just overall really knowledgeable about what their doing. They weren't pushy with their products at the end either! Usually when I go to a spa, they try and get you to buy their products but here, they give you a piece of paper with the recommended items but that's it! Parking was nice too (valet for 20$) and my sister and I split it so it worked out. Everyone was very very professional and polite. The place was gorgeous. So far, it's the best spa I've been to. Definitely would go again! :)

Very friendly and service oriented staff from start to finish (A+)... but the body treatment was unsatisfactory. The aesthetician was a lovely person, calm and kind, but the exfoliation treatment was too rushed and overall below the standard I would expect from the Shengri-La. I’ve had way better in the city.

Exceptional spa. It was my very first time visiting a spa after purchasing a gift card for a full day of couple's massage, mani/pedi, facial etc because my girlfriend wanted me to get in touch with my feminine side lol. From the time I purchased the giftcard, to the day we went, service was friendly and courteous and the spa was clean with beautiful décor. The only downside was my girlfriend mentioning the rates for the mani/pedi are more than her usual spot. But then again, its the Shangri-La and I'd imagine they provide a great service at a premium. I thought it to be well worth it!
