My son's car needed to be looked at for a wiring issue and Andrew was amazing. So quick, knowledgeable, and affordable. I can't rave enough about the service here! Thank you so much!

Got my stereo installed and got charged for the more expensive harness I pre-paid because they were sure which one it took, asked them after the install which harness they used and they didn’t know so I called back to ask and left a message. They didn’t call me back after I left multiple messages. Would not recommend.

Andy was very helpful and fixed my viper alarm issue on the spot. Very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend his services .

So I would highly recommend Andy to anyone I know. After a mixup with the store ordering the wrong part, and me waiting two months for a remote start; this guy went way out of his way to do a stellar job. He was even super patient while explaining how to make sure my car would be in ready mode. Sorry you had to explain three times! Seems like he really knows his stuff, and turned what was a pretty annoying experience into a great one. Side note: Apparently as of October 1st, Visions amended their policy and will no longer install remote starts on vehicles with a manual transmission.

Excellent service they couldn't order the remote for my vehicle but showed which website and remote to buy, I took them in when I got them he programmed both in with in 5 mins . Best service

My husband went in to get help with the power door locks on his truck. Andrew was so helpful and fixed the problem right away. Great service!

When trying to book the vehicle in for install I had a bit of trouble going back and fourth with people from the main store and the install bay which resulted in a different quote then I was given. Andy tried to honor it as best he could and was super professional and experienced in what he does. I have a JDM Japanese right hand drive vehicle and it turned out Andy has worked on 100s of them so that made me feel super reassured about leaving my car with them as some people will charge more, not know how to drive them, etc. Overall the install looked very good the head unit looks amazing! If I had to leave one note for improvement it would be to have covers of some sort to put on the seats. Not a huge deal on floor mats, but two of the suede seats had quite a bit of some dirt/grime from maybe the techs clothing had to give them a clean as the stuff cakes in there easily on these seats. I would go back again, 10/10 for Andy if I could give him a personalized survey

I have a remote starter that was in the vehicle when I purchased it used. It recently stopped working. There are no dealers for this brand in the area. I went to one other shop and had no success. With no options and not sure what to do I stopped in at the Visions Installation Center. When I walked in I was greeted by Andy. I started to explain my problem and when he saw the remote in my hand he immediately knew the brand as he had worked for them in Edmonton. Andy spent some time in the vehicle trouble shooting the problem. He figured it might be a fuse, and told me were to find that fuse. I am sure he would checked it on the spot, but it required some dash dismantling, and he had other customers to assist. I went home and determined it wasn't the fuse. Andy booked it in the shop the next day and diagnosed the problem as a faulty relay. He assisted me in ordering the part and explained to me how to install it when it arrived. 3 days later the part arrived and the remote starter works again!!!! For this he charged me NOTHING!! I can't thank him enough for his help as my only other option was to drive Alberta to find out I needed a $20 part, or spend $650 for a new system. Thanks for the great customer service!!! I won't forget!!

I've had the guys from visions install a few things on my vehicles. It's always been an excellent experience. In fact, I just had a problem with the remote start on my truck, that visions installed years ago. Andy in the install bay, had the thing working in seconds. Saved me a huge headache. Much appreciated!

Andy was SO helpful and fast when my viper remote was acting up! Thank You so much for taking the time to help me reprogram my remote start on my Audi so last minute! Highly recommend!!
