We repair iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Most repairs are done within 15 minutes right in front of you and are backed by our 6 month warranty.

Story

In 2015 Spencer and Nicole Wilson decided to take the leap and fulfil a dream of opening their own business. They both left their jobs in Santa Cruz California to move back to Spencer's home town of Lethbridge. Ideal irepair opened in Nov 2015 with Spencer and Nicole operating the business from open to close six days a week. Our amazing employee Ben joined our team in Aug 2016 to relieve Nicole of full time work and assist Spencer in the repairs as Nicole and Spencer welcomed their baby boy in September 2016. Spencer and Ben continue to provide quality repairs with outstanding customer service Monday to Saturday. We hope to be able to help each and every customer who walks through our door. Fantastic service! The charging port on my wife's phone was damaged. Looked online and read the reviews for IDEAL repair and decided to give them a shot. So glad I did! The price listed on the website was the price charged for the repair. No hidden fees and no attempt to overcharge. Ben was amazing and had my wife's phone fixed in twenty minutes. He let my two children watch the repair and answered every question they peppered him with (which was a lot of questions!). He even took a quick look at the charging port on my phone and gave it a quick clean free of charge. I will definitely bring any future tech issues to IDEAL!

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff. I dropped my phone in the hot tub and they completely fixed it up for me. I had to change the screen out because it had a crack too and got it back as good as new. Best pricing around town so I would highly recommend them to everyone.

IDEAL Irepair went above and beyond! My wife broke her iPhone 8 screen the night before, I contacted them on Messenger after hours and they responded instantly! Spencer came in the next day on a holiday when they were closed to repair her phone. Definitely will be going back! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best service! Not only are they beyond friendly in there, they are always so professional and great at what they do!!! They take care of all of our iPhone and iPad needs because I KNOW I can trust them and feel like I’m walking into a friend’s business with how welcoming they are every time! If you have any iPhone/iPad needs, make sure to go to Ideal Irepair, they are seriously the best, I could sing their praises all day ❤️
