A+ Computers

I have an older computer hp running vista home. Had not done any backups (don't know why, live and learn) Any way had monitor not responsive issues, thought it was the driver. Bought disk with driver update and repair. Started using it when monitor went unresponsive. System froze and could not open any thing. Tried soft reboot everything I could do, to no avail. Have hundreds of photos, huge simply accounting files etc etc. Panic I thought I had lost all my files. I took my hp in to A+ told me they would get right at it and they did .They backed up my old hard drive and began trouble shooting. they finally found I had a bad video card. Thank God they saved all my old files absolutely everything was there . They were very diligent and helpful . Charged me a very reasonable price for the amount of time they put into my system. Am very very happy to have my old girl up and running and All my files back. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks again A+ Harry (will always backup!!!!!)

It was a strange experience. I wanted to upgrade my PC and was told to bring it in in order to get some prices....just some prices. I did so and was told I'd get a call the next day. This did not happen. Another day went by and I contacted the shop myself. I was told that he was just in the middle of speaking with his distributor to get information for me and would call me back in an hour or so. Sure, no problem. Another day went by and I decided just to pick up my computer as it had been sitting there for several days collecting dust. Went to pick it up and ask the fellow behind the counter what the scoop was. He said he'd spoken with his distributor. I asked what he was pricing out for me and received a vague answer which wound up not giving me any info at all. He couldn't even tell me what he was speaking with his "guy" about even though apparently it was about hardware for my PC. At this point I lost all confidence in this shop. On the way out I was told, yet again, he would be in contact with me in another day or so. I have yet to receive that call and just decided to take it somewhere else. Glad I did, in a matter of a day I had a quote and parts on the way. The fellow I was speaking to was nice enough, but I do feel that saying one thing to your customer and doing another isn't a great approach, especially when it happens multiple times.

Have a little project I’m working on, and gave A+ computers a visit. The crew over there, went out of their way to help me out. Excellent service and great friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I went to APlus Computers based on the good reviews, and maybe they are really great, but sadly I didn't even get a change to do business with them. I just wanted a new custom computer and they kept telling me -I'll call you tomorrow-, or -I'll call you in an hour-, or -I am sending you an email right now-... Three week went by and I NEVER got a call back, or an email. I had to call several times to get some feedback and even when I walked in I had the feeling that they didn't care. I understand maybe they are so busy, if I walk in after you have ignored me for 3 weeks, at least pretend that you care. At the very least call me and say what's going on. Anyway, I am building the computer myself, I just wish I hadn't spent all this time waiting. If you can't take a job just say so, a "sorry we're swamped right now" would have been totally fair. I am wondering what kind of customer care I would have received after?

Every computer place I went to was going to charge me over $100 just to look at my computer. My friend told me about A+ Computers and they looked at it right then, and I guess it was an "easy fix" so they didn't even charge me! I couldn't believe it! My computer is my life! So Huge Thanks to the guys at A+ Computers !!!!
