Village Ice Cream Shoppe

Usually when I come I have an amazing time the people are so kind. Sadly today I went and the lady took forever to take our order she was busy on the phone and didn’t really take her time to listen to what I wanted. I forever will come here but it’s not happy with the customer service I got today

Visited here on a weekend evening right before they were closing. The young woman serving us was incredibly kind and joyful. Ice cream was what you would expect. The prices were excellent. Much better value for money than Baskin Robbins etc. I'm keen to try their lava cake. Will be a return customer!

I love this restaurant..Looking for funnel cakes in local restaurants as DQ stopped serving them..Luckly i found here. tastes good . I recommend to add more strawberry sauce when serving funnel cake. Professional staff and customer centric.

Very generous single scoop! We ordered pistachio and moose tracks - both were really tasty. Good selection of ice cream and sorbet flavours!

Nothing special. The waffle tasted like it was made with a mix, store bought icecream and store bought toppings. They were out of all fruit and whipped cream. Not worth it. The workers were polite and cute decor.

Very cool ice cream shop located near Ninth Line and Highway 7 in Markham, Ontario. The greatest thing about this place is that they serve Kawartha Lakes Ice Cream! Highly recommended for all the different varieties of Kawartha Lakes Ice Cream they serve at this location. Service was amazing and I highly recommend this location for ice cream especially during these last days of summer after Labour Day! Amazing!

Honestly. The best freken Sublime milkshake I have ever had, period. Took the staff 8 minutes to prepare. The brownie was the show stopper. I just don't even understand the price, I felt like I was ripping them off as I walked away with my 2 pound monstrous milkshake. A meal. So much care went into it, love love, this hidden Jem just be sure to check it out.

Pretty disappointing experience. Got the chocolate peanut butter but the ice cream was crumbling and all over the place. It wasn’t smooth or creamy at all. It tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for months. Not sure how much business this place gets and so I wouldn’t be surprised if they just leave the tubs out until they get finished, which may take months in this case
