Royal Paan

We got schezwan Maharaja sandwich which is alright. Wasn't toasted properly. Hot aloo chat was not hot enough. Best thing about here is we like the masala fries and masala chai.

Food is really good. Love their rose Falooda. Service is quick but they never pick up call at the restaurant.

Sad to say that it Is very disgusting Dosa. The Masala Potato is already bad and taste bitter. Will never come to this place any more. Low standard food. Trays are not even cleaned as well.

Total wastage of money!!! If you want to eat good then please don't ever go to this location of Royal Paan. They will ruin your mood. We ordered vada pav and Delhi chat papadi. Both were totally tasteless. You can imagine the extent of bad taste that we didn't even finished the entire food. They should learn how to cook good food otherwise no one will ever feel like going to any location of Royal Paan!!!

There is no option for negative stars otherwise I will give those. There half of manu is not available from last one week. Today they took more than 45 mins to prepare 2 burgers and one masala fries. Very bad service in this branch .

Worst falooda ever. Watery & mediocre. Felt like I was drinking water instead of milk. Please don’t waste your money

I visited there yesterday with one of my friend and i literally got shocked and embarrassed because the girl who is may be cashier there didn't even greet us nor spare a glance at both of us. Instead she was busy in talking on phone. When we tried to approach her on the counter she just left us behind and went from there. This shows how much bad customer service your staff is providing to visitors. I don't know what she thinks about her this act but it totally compelled me to think about she somehow insulted us. So, I would never recommend any of my friends to visit this place ever again. Plus you should trained your staff members how to greet and communicate with the customers as this is such a common thing.

Review is based on- Paneer kathi roll, vada paav, paneer burger. 1. Even when I specifically ordered spicy, food was bland 2. The cook was so lazy he used the same paneer pieces which he put in Paneer kathi roll to make paneer burger. Paneer should be cut in slices and not cubes to make a burger 3. In the name of chutney, they provided Paani puri mint liquid minus the taste. There is a difference between chutney and paani. 4. Vada paav was at the most Ok 5. Paneer kathi roll was a couple of paneer slices rolled on a thin paratha. Please put some effort to make a proper roll by adding chutneys to it. Indian food is all about taste. Disappointed

The Paan are definitely poorly made. The worst part is the ridiculous service… they hire these girls to work, who have absolutely no desire to be there. They give no @&$/s and will literally throw your food at you. I just stare & take it as entertainment.

I used to love their food, gave 5 stars too but now changing it to one as last three times food they served was not good, asked if momos were freshly made , they said yes and after few minutes I saw the guy frying frozen momos. Pav served were still frozen, hard as ice. Veg grilled sandwich was not even grilled n was sitting on the counter from last 10-15 minutes when at first they told it will take 40 minutes to prepare the order. You guys need to fix this.
