Menchie's

They have variety of options for toppings that are good but two of the machines were not working so we couldn’t try all the yogurt flavours. Also the guy at the counter was on his phone most of the time who did not care much about what’s going on in the store or didn’t try to fix the machines when we pointed out.

Ice cream is good but the price is not. I get it that these days u aren’t going to get ice cream for a few bucks, however $15 for 1 cup of ice cream with 2 topping is ridiculous. If you go to any other place you will be paying half or less than this. If you are rich or MOM Made Of Money, wouldn’t recommend coming anymore. It is sad because the locations near my house closed down a few years ago. We used to pay 5 dollars for an ice cream and it is sad that that is not sufficient anymore. Sadly unless I get a good paying job, I will have to stay away form this godly place.

I love the frozen yogurt that is served here and the toppings are really good. There are so many flavours served here and you are able to test a couple of the flavours before buying.

Definitely not happy to have waited about 15 minutes to realize that the 12pm open sign meant nothing. 8 people waiting outside for service and no one to be found to deliver. Definitely not returning

A delicious frozen yogurt shop featuring a wide variety of flavours and toppings and I mean WIDE. While a bit on the pricey end, and not being all-you-can-eat price is determined by weight, it is well worth the tasty dessert and customization of sweets.

Haven't been to this menchies in a while decided to stop by after a dinner with some friends. Just a little upset that I wanted a milkshake with two flavors and the gentleman in charge said that he cannot do that it's only one flavor like what is it take to take a scooping out a little bit of Oreos. Ended up making my own Sunday remember this place charges by weight and I paid $12 for my sundae... If a customer wants something and is willing to pay do it for them

Although the frozen yogurt were good the 1 star review is for the one of the cashier's attitudes with no smile or welcome.

The customer service at this location is terrible in-terms of my experience. I dropped my spoon on the floor and the cashier shift manager told me that I couldn’t get another one. He even took the spoons and put them behind the counter, and was very aggressive. I later called to complain and he didn’t provide me his name and accused me of stealing spoons. As a loyal customer I do not tolerate this form of disrespect, and verbal assault. Just an FYI, he touched the spoons with his hand which is very unsanitary, especially with the whole Covid-19 thing! VERY DISRESPECTFUL, and he wasn’t a teenager so please don’t use that excuse again!!

Flavours were a little off and freezing inside, but staff were friendly!

Frozen Yogurt places are getting hard to find outside of malls. My kids enjoy Menchie's but it is a little hard on the wallet. Staff were very nice.
