Excellent service. I love coming to this shop--very knowledgeable folks at the counter, willing to get out any strands of beads I like, undo the strands and let me choose the beads I want if the selection isn't quite what I'm after in the drawers of loose beads. I enjoy the energy in the store also, especially from the blonde youngster they brought on a couple of years ago. Michelle is the most knowledgeable about the stones, however--a terrific resource and so handy to have in the neighborhood!

Nice place. Held a kids birthday party here. The staff was a bit apprehensive at first, but then warmed up to the idea and everyone had a good time.

I love going to Village Bead! The selection of beads and knowledge of everyone who works there is amazing. They are helpful and willing to answer questions and find creative solutions for any creative challenge. I also like that it's near my home.
