I brought in my own coffee cup and when I asked the baristat to use it, he didn't ask me about giving it a quick rinse or if there should be a little room for cream. He just filled it with coffee along with the tiny residual bit of gross cold liquid left in it from earlier. Yuck. Wasted a lot of time mopping up all the coffee from the cream counter with their ineffective paper towels.
