Barbur Liquor Store

The staff here is incredibly rude. I don’t expect much from staff when I’m buying liquor, but every time I come here I’m treated like I’m just a nuisance for simply buying what they sell. Even if I don’t talk and simply smile. Last night the place was open another two minutes, open sign still lit up, the guys inside locked the door in my face, shook their heads no, and laughed. Then they stood around and talked for a good five minutes while I started my car and drove away. It’s like they take pride in being bullies. Even the neighboring grocery store checkers say the staff at Barbur liquor is “a bunch of a-holes”. Too bad. I just want to buy vodka without an attitude.

Selection and prices are excellent. Knowledgeable staff. From inexpensive basics to the fancy stuff to splurge on. Love their selection of bitters and local liquor.

Very friendly employees and knowledgeable about their stock. YUGE selection, the best selection ever, and good prices. But seriously, quality local liquor store, and a solid selection at damn good prices, if you need something and are nearby, this should be where you go.

Man I use to love this place but now ugghhh. Flipping off a customer is definitely a new one! What ever happened to people who actually worked in customer service? This place replaced them with emotionaly unstable individuals that dont Actually want to do their job, and have NO people skills what so ever! The staff is just rude and lazy they don’t even want you to come in. No problem the place a little further down in tigard is great go there instead!!
